Jean Arnoul

Jean Arnoul is the older brother of Françoise/003, and briefly appears twice in the manga series, with both appearances being very sporadic and occurring 20 years apart in publication.

In the 2001 Cyborg Soldier adaptation of the series, he worked as a stunt pilot rather than being in the Air Force.
