Rafina Orca Belluga

Rafina Orca Belluga is the daughter of Duke Orleans Belluga of the Holy Principality of Belluga. Although her father is a duke, the only higher power in the Holy Principality of Belluga is God, which means Rafina holds power similar to a princess.
