Cain

Cain is a major villain of the "Mutant Warriors" arc in the 2001 anime Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier. He and his friends were sent by Dr. Gamo Whisky to eliminate the 00 cyborg team and retrieve Gamo's son Ivan, who is among the 00 cyborgs.

He is a loose analogue to The Commander from the manga's Immigration arc.
