Drambuie

Pompier's richest man and president of the paint company King Crimson. He made a fortune by selling red paint made from extracts of humans and animals corpses.

He buys Van Quart's works and tries to use his vast fortune to buy Fino, the painter's daughter who is also considered one of his masterpieces, but Jing and Kir interrupt the auction and save the girl by "stealing" her from him. In the anime, Drambuie dies burning in the flames of Van Quart's studio, while in the manga, he flees after Dr. Spatlese is defeated by Jing and is never seen again.
