Susumu Fuji

Vice Admiral Fuji is the UPSF Chief of Staff, making him the head of the whole military. Like Admiral Mifune, he has advanced through the UPSF ranks through the use of prowess, intelligence, and respectability - everything that Tylor lacks. He and Admiral Mifune both hate Tylor and is always in cohorts with the Admiral in ridding themselves of Tylor by placing him in the worst possible situations.
