Gill Herbert

Professor Gill Herbert is the leader of DARK and a major antagonist in the Android Kikaider manga. He plans on ruling the world through robot weapons such as the Destructoids made by Dr. Komyoji or the special weapon Giant Devil he designed himself. After his body was damaged by Kikaider, the DARK scientists transfer his brain into the Hakaider frame.
