Judy

Judy is a minor character from Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea. She is the boss of a Ranger Base and is seen periodically giving directions to the Pokémon Ranger Jack Walker during the movie. Judy's past is unknown, although it is said she once was a popular idol before working for the Ranger Union.

She is absent in the manga series of the ninth movie.
