Takeru Kuroki

One of Unit 8's Willwearers. A Lieutenant. He wears Oscar 2. He has an enthusiastic personality and is laid-back when it comes to proper police procedure. Despite the difference in personality, he considers himself to be on good terms with his more serious co-workers.
