Mattis

Ronja's father and Lovis's husband, and the chieftain of his band of twelve robbers. He takes pride in his job, which has been handed down in their clan generation after generation. He often lacks prudence due to his impulsive nature, but makes up to it with his perseverance. He's a very doting father towards Ronja.
