Maximilian Johann von Ugar

Maximilian Johann von Ugar is a classmate and rival of Tanya Degurechaff in their class during War College Arc. He hails from a plain family, and had a newborn daughter in 1924. After graduating from War College, their friendship goes on, and Tanya gains personal connections with him, which helps her many times afterwards.
