Cleavon Schpielbunk is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime. He is a famous director and the winner of the Golden Growlithe Award at the Flea Collar Film Festival (Japanese: ビンヌムービー画祭 グランプリ Binnes Movie Festival Grand Prix). Some of his famous titles include I Saw What You Ate Last Tuesday and Pokémon in Love.
