Miyuki is a mysterious and strange fortune teller. Her Net Navi is Skullman, who is as mysterious as his owner. ^_^; Miyuki often helps Netto out when he and Rockman are in a Pinch, and she also poses as his sparring partner at a time. Miyuki runs a fortune telling shop in town, and is friends with Salma and Masa.

Miyuki also sports a special secret identity, as the Net Agent "MiyuMiyu". Along with Saloma and Masa ("Black Rose" and "Commander Beef"), they help Netto and the others fight off the evil in the world.
