Ki Ou

Ki Ou is the former Secretary of the Department of Royal Commandment Affairs. He has a similar personality to Kouki Ki's but he is much more dominant compared to him. He has the qualities of a worthy king. He is very far sighted and quick minded and is able to handle even the worst of situations calmly. He can be both kind and cold at the same time. He is considered a possible rival of Ryuuki for the throne.
