Roy Coleman

Detective Roy Coleman of the Chicago Police Department is a close friend of Rally Vincent. The two often exchange tips and leads, and he occasionally helps smooth over legal difficulties when Rally gets caught in a bind while on a job. He is an honest cop and while he may occasionally overlook a regulation or two for the bounty hunters of the Gunsmith Cats store, he would never consider breaking the law for them or anyone.
