Shigeo Shiba

Section 2 Mechanics: Second in command to Sakaki, and eventually replaces him when he retires. A total gearhead, he loves his job--probably a little too much, as he can be very hard to relax when he gets fired up. Shige is good friends with Asuma Shinohara. He's an authority on Labors and also has a license for underwater construction Labors.
