Sugilite is an employee of the Strategic Investment Department in the Interastral Peace Corporation, and a member of the Ten Stonehearts.

Sugilite has the appearance of a brown-skinned young man with short, pale white hair. He wears two violet, orb-shaped pearl earrings, one with a teal and violet tassel while the other has what appears to be a gold tassel.

His outfit consists of a white dress shirt, a dark vest with a prismatic pattern and blazer with golden lining, and a golden necktie. On his hands, he wears long black gloves, and on the left side of the collar of his blazer, there is a golden pin. The sleeves of his blazer seem to be slit open.
