One of the elderly tenants of the housing complex, he is often seen with Koba and Yoshiken. He is also a professor and has a deep knowledge and fascination with the history of Kurosaki. Of the elderly tenants of the complex, he appears to be the most accepting of the new foreign tenants. Like all the elderly tenants, he shows affection for Kimi and dotes on her constantly.
