Tsuyoshi Utada

Co-pilot of the Blue Sirens' Siren-Galley transport and twin brother of Susumu, mechanic and engineering specialist. Being Susumu's twin, Tsuyoshi knows exactly what his brother is thinking and doing at all times.

Later, both he and his brother are assigned to New York for International Hyper Rescue.
