Hyouma Yoshimura

In his late 30s, this highly experienced member of the Superhuman Bureau plays a supportive role and is looked up to by the main characters. A man of few words, he's handsome but can be very cynical. He has the ability to transform into a beast with leopard-like limbs, but how he came to be is unknown. In addition, he has the ability to manipulate time, such as stopping or reversing it.
