Chiyo Yumehara is a dreamy, hopeless romantic, who easily falls in love with boys. She originally had a crush on Saiki Kusuo and tried her best to appeal to him. In turn, he strongly rejects her using his PSI powers and goes as far as hooking her up with someone else. However, the relationship ultimately fails.
