Etsu Akuouji

Etsu is a high school student of Daiouyama Prefectural High School and the Student Council president. A girl of short stature, she prefers to be called "Empress" and haughtily acts like one. She also came up with the idea of merging the smaller clubs that are leeching off the school's club budget. It was shown that she has known Sae for a while.
