Cyril Ashley

Cyril Ashley is the foster son of Marquess Highown and serves as the vice president of the student council. A specialist in ice magecraft, he possesses a condition known as mana hyperabsorption. Cyril deeply admires Felix and is generally polite and courteous toward women—except toward anyone who shows disrespect to Felix.
