Jou Kitahara

Oguri and Berno's trainer. He is 185cm tall and appears to be of mature age. He likes the name "Cap" (the top), and calls Oguri Cap "Cap" (after Chukyo Cup, he starts calling her "Oguri"), and calls Berno "Bell".

He has an uncle, Musaka Ginjirou, who is a trainer in the Central Tracen Academy. In the past, he used to spend all his time playing pachinko and watching horse races on TV after he was fired from his previous job.
