Kitajima

Kitajima is a character from the tenth movie, One Piece Strong World. He is a Fishman pirate who is one of the many pirates that allied with Shiki. During the Straw Hats' attack on Shiki's palace, Kitajima ordered his men to attack Luffy but they were subdued by Brook.
