Kvar

An antagonist in Tales of Symphonia and one of the Desian Grand Cardinals. He is in charge of the Asgard Human Ranch, and his base element is Lightning. Kvar is shown as a heartless and sadistic person. He does not care for anyone, and is only after getting his promotion.
