Mokke is main antagonist in The Great Pirate Decisive Battle ~Love Romance of the Southern Sea~. he is a pirate who is enemy of Kenneth, when he meet Doraemon and his friend (Who came to searching for Shizuka and Dorami), he pretent to be their allies and later mind control them with his purple magic stone.
