Oobami

Dr. Oobami (オオバミ博士, Oobami hakase) or Demon King Over M (魔王オーバーM) is a character in Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi series.
Appearance
Oobami appears like an old man with medium long gray hair but bald on top.

History
Director of the Development Bureau in the Imperial Zoble military. His body is a remote-controlled robot, and his true identity is a mystery even to the Zoble.
