Satomi Ishihara

A portly high school senior, Utsukushisa no Hito is a mysterious schoolgirl with self-proclaimed "beauty." She believes that hair and skin care is important and usually gives the Model Club her unneeded advice.

Her real name was revealed in volume 5 of the manga.
