Seiya Takehaya is Minato's close friend who serves as president of the archery club. He also served as the student council president in middle school. he is intellectual, cares for others, and is able to be relied upon. He usually wears glasses but puts contacts in when drawing his bow. He has a mole near his left eye that can be seen once he removes his glasses. He is the son of a physician and has a dog named "Bear." He also has peculiar naming tastes.
