Shinzo Yozakura is the second son and the third sibling of the 10th generation of the Yozakura Family.

Shinzo would always run away from the spy license exams, due to him being afraid of them. But when he was ten years old, Kyoichiro and Futaba dragged him there by force. The format of the exam was a battle royale, which led to Shinzo passing it in nine minutes, a record time.
