Moe, an active follower of supernatural events, investigates the rumors of a ghost called Hanahiko, reported to have been seen at multiple schools. For the relative ease of access, she sneaks into the abandoned H Elementary. While there, she finds Hanahiko's mirror; her proximity leads to her being Marked by the spirit, and she begins to suffer the curse's amnesiac effects, even forgetting the names of her friends. However, she recalls seeing an article about the Mark in OOPArts Monthly, recognizing it on her thigh while bathing.
